24 Hours 7 Days a week 365 Days a year attorney Support. Excellent and qualified attorneys available either a PLEA Plan Attorney, or any attorney of your choice within your area.
Attorney support is available after normal business hours from PLEA’S outstanding after hours answering service. If you are involved in a critical incident, immediately call for attorney assistance.
HR218 Concealed Firearm Protection
With Legal Defense Coverage, Included is HR218 Legal Defense Protection in the amount of $5,000 Criminal Coverage and $10,000 Civil Coverage. Use any attorney in the country with no deductibles. Additional protection is available for purchase.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
$5,000 of 24 Hour worldwide protection, on or off the job, included at no cost for each participant. Additional protection is available for purchase.
Discount Pricing
By signing up as a group, each participant will receive a 20% discount off the price of the Individual Legal Defense.
Unlimited Supplemental Benefit
Duty Related and Non-Duty related Administrative Incidents can be supplemented.
If purchased, this benefit will provide legal representation for defense against administrative actions brought against the participant which involves the following:
- Demotion
- Transfer
- Termination
- Suspension
