When can I enroll in PLEA?  Sign up online today.  Pending approval, your enrollment will begin on the first day of the next month.

What information do you need from me? Our online enrollment forms contain all the information we need to get you started.

Is there a charge to drop out of PLEA? There is no charge to drop out. dropping out of PLEA  takes place on the 1st day of the following month following receipt of a required written cancellation notice with your signature.  We do not authorize any refunds.

Do we qualify for a tax credit if we enroll?  Please check with your tax advisor to see if you qualify for a tax credit.

If we have a large group, can we get a lower price? No, PLEA offers the same price regardless of the size of a group.  However, you can save money enrolling as a group instead of an individual. At least 50% participation is required for a group rate.  To save money, talk to your group and sign up using our online legal defense group enrollment form.

When was the last time that PLEA had a price increase? PLEA has never had a price increase since it's inception in May of 1995.

Can my employer send the payment directly to PLEA? Yes.

How do we sign up Attorneys? You may recommend Attorneys by clicking here or by calling us at 1-800-367-4321.  We will need the Attorneys name and phone number.  PLEA will then contact the Attorney and see if they wish to participate in our plan.

If my employer provides an Attorney can we get an Attorney of our own through PLEA? Yes, the PLEA Attorney will monitor the claim.

How secure is the information I send to PLEA? We take security very seriously. We will never sell any of your information of any kind to anyone.  Also, this Web Site uses high security encryption to keep your information safe.
